Sean Archer is the Director of Digital Strategy & Operations at Recover International, supporting the organization’s digital presence and partnership initiatives, helping extend its reach to serve more people in need of shelter and stability.

With over twenty years of experience in product and graphic design and more than a decade of work in public art and community engagement, Sean brings both creative vision and operational expertise to his role. Through his design studio, Artistic Ninjutsu, he has guided campaigns and projects that merge storytelling, strategy, and empathy to create lasting impact.

As a muralist, Sean has transformed public spaces across Chicagoland into living stories that reflect the spirit of the neighborhoods they inhabit. His murals often become daily companions to the people who pass them, reminders of resilience and beauty woven into the city’s fabric. These moments of connection mirror the mission that drives his work at Recover International: using creativity and collaboration to help families rebuild, one roof at a time.
